Cars We Wish Were Transformers

In terms of movies made for gearheads, "Transformers: Dark of the Moon" isn't exactly filled with motorized magnetism. I mean, of course, they're exciting: These are cars that transform into robots, and some damn cool cars at that (Optimus Prime is a Blue Peterbilt 379 truck; Bumblebee is a fifth-generation Chevrolet Camaro; Sideswipe is a Chevrolet Corvette Stingray turned convertible), but in terms of the real, adult world, these aren't cars one daydreams about, the kind of cars that will solve your midlife crisis (unless you're suffering one at the age of 12, which is entirely possible these days). These aren't the dream movie cars of our youth, the ones WE wanted to drive so we could magically transform into Steve McQueen, Vin Diesel or Sean Connery and not ... Shia LaBeouf. Or, you know, a freaking robot -- unless that robot is Jason Statham. So, with that in mind, here are five cool, tricked-out movie cars we'd like to have seen added to "Transformers." You know there will be a fourth, so come on, Mr. Bay, think about these supercharged suggestions.
