Weirdest ice cream flavors

Weirdest ice cream flavors

A scoop of strawberry on a waffle cone is always a delicious treat on a hot summer day. But in honor of July being National Ice Cream Month let's expand our horizons and take a look at some of the most inventive flavors.

Garlic ice cream

You may like garlic beef and garlic shrimp. The people of this sunny town, the self-proclaimed Garlic Capital of the World, sure do. You can try this wacky flavor for free at their annual Garlic Festival.

The mash cone

Found in the U.K., this crazy, cold treat combines sausage, this starchy vegetable and gravy with a swirl of ice cream and tops it with peas. One lick treats your taste buds to a full English meal.

Guinness ice cream

Not your kid's preferred ice cream flavor, this adult treat adds Guinness Stout to sweet cream ice cream to create this beer lover's dream.

Haggis ice cream

Haggis is hardly what comes to mind when you think of ice cream, but this London shop aims to open minds with this unique flavor.
